A United States man faces charges after rubbing his genitals against a woman in a queue.

Andrew Ladale Deloney allegedly ground his private areas into the buttocks of the woman in front of him at the Dollar Tree store in Griffith, Indiana.

The woman, who has not been named for legal reasons, reportedly told police she thought it was accidental and stepped away from Deloney.

However, when he did it again, she reportedly told him: “If you touch me again I’ll bash you in the head with my umbrella.”

Deloney was chased out of the store by several customers.

He claims he accidentally knocked into the woman at first.

He explained: “I thought she liked it and was coming on to me, so I intentionally rubbed on her the second time. I’m sorry.”
